The WBF - Worldwide Backgammon Federation is proud to present the first event of the

2008 WBF GOLDEN CIRCUIT

20th EUROPEAN BACKGAMMON CHAMPIONSHIP

5th EUROPEAN DOUBLE CONSULTING CHAMPIONSHIP

& 7th VELDEN BACKGAMMON OPEN

CASINO VELDEN - CASINOS AUSTRIA

With an extra day added this year, all of these competitions are happening

between Wednesday, May 14 and Sunday May 18, 2008 at

Casino Velden in the beautiful lake-side village of

Velden, Austria.

Come early and play in the free-entry Warm-Up and Sperti Trophy events

on May 14 or participate in Quarter-Entries and Mini-Jackpots.

There will be two Welcome Cocktail parties this year,

one hosted by Casino Velden and a second

by the City of Velden.

In 2007 this tournament paid out a total of €38,500.00
